Their riverside walk and spectacular views from the London Eye helped them construct their own skyscrapers in their Design and Technology lessons. Year 5 pupils took a return journey on the West Hill Cliff Railway to the Hastings Bluereef Aquarium last week.
As part of their topic work, they enjoyed an underwater safari tour. Starting from the shores of the UK, they travelled to tropical waters where they came face-to-face with pufferfish, a giant octopus, deadly lionfish and colourful clownfish. After lunch on the beach, they all cooled off with ice cream.
